Weekly Affirmations
Every week I post weekly affirmations on here, Instagram, TikTok, and on YouTube. Follow along and do them with me. I am here to help you because before I started to do this, I disliked my body and I wanted to change that, so I did. I did these affirmations every day when I woke up and I still do them. Try to remember to do them every day because just doing them once is not going to make you love yourself. You have to do it for months, even years and then you will see a difference. Trust me it works because I am living proof it does.
How should I say morning affirmations?
1. Upon waking up, find a mirror, whether it be on your phone, in your bathroom, or in your room.
2. Choose any affirmation you'd like, beginning with "I am." For example, "I am beautiful."
3. Repeat the affirmation three times, such as "I am beautiful, I am beautiful, I am beautiful."
4. You are encouraged to continue practicing these affirmations throughout the day, but the minimum requirement is to say them at least once a day!
